Yummy WW friendly sandwich
I don't know if you would actually call this a "recipe", but last night I was craving something for dinner that would feel decadent but not mess me up on my weight watchers program. I made a really yummy sandwich, and it was only 4 points. Wanted to share it with you all:

1 pita -3 points (you can probably find low fat pita for even less)
1 T Fat Free Mayo - 0 points
chopped up and sprinkled on top:
1/2 pickle, red pepper, green pepper, onion, tomato (and whatever other veggies you like) - 0 points
2 slices Smart Beat cheese - 1 point

broil in toaster over until the cheese melts and the bread gets crunchy. With lots of veggies this is crunchy, tasty, low fat and delicious!Big Grin (and it left me enough points for a low-fat ice cream cone - Thank you, Lynn)
