I don't know if you would actually call this a "recipe", but last night I was craving something for dinner that would feel decadent but not mess me up on my weight watchers program. I made a really yummy sandwich, and it was only 4 points. Wanted to share it with you all:
1 pita -3 points (you can probably find low fat pita for even less)
1 T Fat Free Mayo - 0 points
chopped up and sprinkled on top:
1/2 pickle, red pepper, green pepper, onion, tomato (and whatever other veggies you like) - 0 points
2 slices Smart Beat cheese - 1 point
broil in toaster over until the cheese melts and the bread gets crunchy. With lots of veggies this is crunchy, tasty, low fat and delicious!
